Logeest is solely a platform that facilitates connections between customers and service providers. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction made between users and providers.

Accordingly:

• Any rates, payments, disputes, cancellations, or issues must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

• Logeest is not liable for any loss, damage, negligence, delays, or dissatisfaction arising from services rendered by third parties.

• To help maintain service quality and transparency, Logeest enables customers to rate and review their experience with third-party service providers (“Vendors”) after the completion of a booking.

  6.1 Customer Ratings

  • Customers may rate the service provided by Vendors on parameters such as punctuality, professionalism, vehicle condition, and overall satisfaction.

  • Ratings are optional but encouraged, as they help improve the quality of service across the platform.

  6.2 Use of Ratings

  • Vendor ratings are visible to Logeest and may be used for monitoring service standards, resolving disputes, or removing Vendors with consistently poor performance.

  • Logeest reserves the right to contact customers to verify feedback or conduct service quality audits.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Logeest at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Logeest after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of those changes.
